BlackBerry Curve 8310

Research in Motion (RIM) in alliance with Vodafone introduced the BlackBerry Curve 8310 smartphone.
The device features a built-in GPS module and Vodafone Navigator software - an off-board navigation system that downloads information and maps from a live central server.

Thanks to this navigator, the user has a better chance of planning a route and avoid most of the traffic problems caused by weather or traffic jams.

Featuring a 2 megapixel camera with LED flash and a 5x digital zoom, the BlackBerry Curve 8310 takes sharp photos that can be sent via email, MMS and BlackBerry Messenger.The connectivity features include a mini-USB port and Bluetooth 2.0 with A2DP.

The media player is excellent allowing you to watch videos in full screen mode on a 65K colors display with a QVGA resolution.

For the time being, the BlackBerry Curve 8310 is available only for the Vodafone customers in Germany for 100 € (136$).

The first 5 000 purchasers will get a 1 GB microSD memory card with 100 top chart songs stored in MP3 format.
