Well, it looks like all the hot upcoming devices have decided to leak today, folks. After the Sony Honami, which we have just told you about, it is now time for the LG Optimus G2 to show up. The G2 is a unique smartphone that comes with volume controls on the back, and this is the first time we get to see it fully functioning on a carrier network.

The LG G2 in the image is a version specific for Korean carrier LG U+ and carries the model number LG-F320L, looks pretty similar to earlier leaks of the rumored international Optimus G2.

The image confirms the weird placement of the volume rocker on the back, as well as other two details: the fact that the phone will have 2GB of RAM (instead of the rumored 3GB), and the fact that it will sport a 2540mAh battery.

The rest of the specs remain at the rumor level and include a 2.3GHz Snapdragon 800 processor, a 5.2-inch 1080 x 1920 Full HD IPS display,a 13-megapixels camera with optical image stabilization (OIS), dual speakers,Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean out of the box, Smart DMB (Digital multimedia broadcasting) support, LTE-Advanced support as well as built-in wireless charging.

LG is expected to make the phone official on August 7th.
