very disappointed, got phone new, it was unable to use I could hear my caller but they could not hear me, both outgoing and incoming calls, could not get a repaired locally, had to send to TX, they would not give me new replacement phone. bought phone on line thru Boost Mobile, they could not help either. any ideas?
