There have already been a few leaks about the Motorola DROID RAZR Ultra and Motorola DROID RAZR M Ultra, but now we have a more reliable clue telling us that the upcoming DROID models are on the way.

Both unannounced models appeared on display picture of a Cellebrite machine which is used to transfer data and information between phones. The fact that the Motorola DROID RAZR Ultra and the Motorola DROID RAZR M Ultra appeared in this data transfer, however, doesn't really mean that their launch is imminent, but provides yet another indication that the two models are real and closer to launch.

The Cellebrite machine also confirms the XT-1080 model number for the DROID RAZR Ultra and the XT-1030 model number for the DROID RAZR M Ultra. In terms of specs, the RAZR Ultra is expected to come with a 1080 x 1920 5 inch screen and 2GB of RAM, while the RAZR M Ultra is believed to offer a smaller 4.3 inch display.

Besides the two DROID Ultra models, however, we have an unnamed XT-1060 model, which might as well be the Motorola Moto X with customized color options for online orders. The Moto X is rumored to come equipped with sensors that will know when the user is driving and will automatically turn on the speakerphone. Motorola CEO, Dennis Woodside, mentioned that the device will also know when you intend to take a picture and will open the camera application automatically. Not bad, is it?
