Nokia Lumia 625 certified in China
A couple of months ago the Nokia Lumia 625 and its 4.7 inch screen first made the news, and at that time it would have become the Windows Phone model with the largest display out there.
The phone was originally expected to be part of Nokia's May 14th event, but it wasn’t. Today, however, we got news from China that the Nokia Lumia 625 had been certified there. And we now know for sure that the phone does come with 512MB of RAM as reported two months ago.
Unfortunately, the rest of the phone's specs were not disclosed, so we can go back May reports and refresh your memory. We should expect the device to come with a dual-core 1.2GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 MSM8960 processor under the hood, as well as a 2000mAh battery and LTE connectivity.
The Nokia Lumia 625 will also come with the GDR2 update pre-installed which means the phone will come with Data Sense to monitor data usage, FM radio functionality and much more.
The Nokia Lumia 625 will apparently be priced in the $300 to $350 USD range, and is expected to launch sometime in the next few weeks in various countries.
