Upcoming BlackBerry A10 leaks with image

It appears that an image of what is should be the BlackBerry A10, an upcoming BB 10 smartphone, has just leaked, and the photo confirms the rumors that the handset will be build around a 5-inch display.

According to the source, the BlackBerry A10, which is also known under the codename of Aristo, will be equipped with a 5-inch 1,280 x 720 pixel display (just like its Z10 predecessor), and not a full HD screen that is now available on most recent high-end smartphones, as it was expected. Other BlackBerry A10 features that we can let you know of include a Snapdragon chipset with a 1.5 GHz quad-core Krait processor backed up by 2 GB of RAM and an 8 megapixel primary camera.

It looks like the design of the BlackBerry A10 is quite similar to that of the BlackBerry Z10, except that this time the piece at the bottom of the phone is colored in white, rather than black.

As expected, the BlackBerry A10 will come running on BlackBerry 10 OS. Unfortunately, we have no information on the pricing and the launch date of the smartphone, but we’ll certainly let you know as soon as we do.
